We have 18 adult and 5 children’s inpatient beds for research alongside dedicated outpatient and specialist clinics, totalling over 3,400m2 of clinical space.
We also offer a purpose-built Mobile Research Unit, fully staffed and equipped to deliver research trials on the move with clinic, laboratory and patient waiting areas. The Unit is fully accessible and can work in conjunction with other sites/facilities or independently.
We operate 24/7 with a full team of clinical and medical staff, all skilled and highly trained in the delivery of early phase and experimental medicine trials.
We are based at the Queen’s Medical Centre with specialist research units in all three of the hospitals that make up Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, providing access to world-leading expertise in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, cancer, respiratory, Gastrointestinal & liver, gene therapy, stem cell transplantation, neurology and hearing loss.
